This Purchase Option Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, renewals, and subscription-related charges are handled for purchase options offered by Michelle ML, including the VIP Membership | Wire Crochet Video Tutorials & Exclusive Courses subscription.
By purchasing a subscription or other recurring purchase option from Michelle ML, you agree to the terms of this policy together with our Terms of Service, Refund and Return Policy, and other applicable store policies.
VIP Membership Subscription
The Michelle ML VIP Membership provides subscribers with access to exclusive wire crochet video tutorials, educational content, and other membership benefits made available during an active subscription.
The VIP Membership is offered as a recurring subscription and will automatically renew according to the billing frequency displayed at checkout unless you cancel it before the next renewal charge.
Subscription Pricing
The price applicable to your subscription will be clearly displayed on the product page and at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Where an introductory, promotional, or discounted first billing period is offered, the promotional price applies only under the conditions stated in the applicable offer.
After the promotional period ends, the subscription will automatically renew at the regular recurring price displayed when you subscribed, unless you cancel the subscription before the next billing date.
Any applicable taxes or other charges will be displayed or calculated as required.
Automatic Renewal
VIP Membership subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the next scheduled renewal.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your subscription for each recurring payment, subject to applicable law.
You are responsible for reviewing your subscription details and managing your subscription before the next renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your VIP Membership to prevent future renewal charges.
Where available, you may manage or cancel your subscription through your customer account or subscription management portal.

Please contact us sufficiently in advance of your next scheduled billing date so that we have reasonable time to assist with your request.
Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. It does not normally reverse a charge that has already been successfully processed.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
After cancellation:
- No further subscription renewal charges will be made after the cancellation becomes effective.
- You may continue to access eligible VIP Membership content until the end of your current paid subscription period, unless otherwise stated.
- Your access to members-only tutorials and other VIP content may end when your paid subscription period expires.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically entitle the subscriber to a refund for the current billing period.
Digital Content and Membership Access
VIP Membership primarily provides access to digital educational content, including members-only wire crochet tutorial videos and related materials.
Because access to digital content may be provided shortly after a subscription begins, payments for a billing period that has already started are generally non-refundable once access to the digital membership content has been provided, except where required by applicable law or where Michelle ML determines that a refund is appropriate due to an error or other exceptional circumstance.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights available under applicable law.
Renewal Charges
Customers are responsible for canceling their subscription before the applicable renewal if they do not wish to be charged for the next billing period.
If a renewal payment has already been successfully processed before cancellation, the cancellation will normally apply to future renewals rather than retroactively canceling the current billing period.

Failed Payments
If a recurring payment cannot be processed, the payment provider or subscription service may attempt to process the payment again.
Membership access may be suspended or terminated if payment cannot be successfully completed.
We may also contact you regarding a failed payment or request that you update your payment information.
Changes to Subscription Pricing
Michelle ML may change subscription pricing or membership offerings from time to time.
Any change affecting future subscription charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms presented to the subscriber.
Where required, customers will be notified before a new recurring price takes effect and will have the opportunity to cancel the subscription before being charged at the new price.
Promotional pricing, introductory offers, discounts, or other special offers may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, or conditions.
Changes to Membership Content
The selection of VIP tutorials, educational materials, features, and membership benefits may change over time as new content is added or existing content is updated.
We may modify, replace, reorganize, or discontinue individual pieces of membership content where reasonably necessary.
Such changes do not affect any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Cancellation by Michelle ML
Michelle ML reserves the right to suspend or terminate a subscription where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:
- Fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity
- Abuse of membership services
- Unauthorized copying, recording, redistribution, resale, or sharing of members-only content
- Sharing membership access or account credentials in violation of applicable terms
- Material violation of our Terms of Service
- Other unlawful or abusive use of the service
Where appropriate and permitted by law, we may provide notice before suspension or termination.
Any refund eligibility in such circumstances will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the case.
Physical Product Order Cancellations
This subscription cancellation policy is primarily intended for recurring purchase options and digital membership services.
Cancellation, return, or refund requests relating to physical products are governed by our applicable Refund and Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and other store policies.
Where an order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
