Eligible jewelry-making supplies, findings, components, wire, and other DIY materials may be returned in accordance with the conditions and return period specified in our Refund Policy.

Due to the handmade nature of our finished wire crochet jewelry, handmade wire crochet finished products are generally not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, personal preference, or minor variations inherent in handmade craftsmanship.

This does not affect customers' rights where an item arrives damaged, defective, materially different from the item ordered, or where an incorrect item has been supplied.

Digital tutorials, video content, and VIP membership access are generally non-refundable once access has been provided or used, except where required by applicable law.

Customers should review our Refund Policy and, where applicable, our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy before purchasing.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the subscription fee according to the billing frequency displayed at checkout until the subscription is cancelled.

Where an introductory or promotional subscription price applies only to an initial billing period, subsequent billing periods may be charged at the regular subscription price disclosed when the subscription is purchased.

Customers are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before the next billing date if they do not wish the subscription to renew, subject to applicable law and the cancellation options made available through the Website.
