PURCHASE OPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

This Purchase Option Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, automatic renewals, recurring payments, membership access, failed payments, and subscription-related matters are handled for purchase options offered by Michelle ML, including the VIP Membership | Wire Crochet Video Tutorials & Exclusive Courses subscription.
By purchasing a subscription or other recurring purchase option from Michelle ML, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service, Refund and Return Policy, and other applicable store policies.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or waived.
1. VIP Membership Subscription
The Michelle ML VIP Membership provides subscribers with access to selected members-only wire crochet video tutorials, educational content, and other membership benefits made available during the applicable membership access period.
The VIP Membership is offered as a recurring subscription and automatically renews according to the billing frequency and price disclosed when the customer subscribes, unless the subscription is cancelled before the next scheduled renewal.
VIP Membership access is personal and non-transferable.
Membership access does not transfer ownership of any tutorial, video, design, instructional material, or other intellectual property made available through the membership.
Use of VIP Content is also subject to the Digital Products and Tutorial Content, Intellectual Property, and Prohibited Uses provisions of our Terms of Service.
2. Subscription Pricing
The price applicable to your subscription will be displayed on the applicable product page and/or at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Where an introductory, promotional, or discounted first billing period is offered, the promotional price applies only under the conditions stated in the applicable offer.
After the promotional period ends, the subscription will automatically renew at the regular recurring price disclosed when the subscription is purchased, unless the subscription is cancelled before the next applicable billing date.
Promotional pricing does not change the recurring nature of the subscription unless expressly stated otherwise.
Any applicable taxes or other charges will be displayed or calculated as required.
3. Automatic Renewal
VIP Membership subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each applicable billing period unless cancelled before the next scheduled renewal.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your subscription for recurring payments according to the billing schedule disclosed when you subscribed, subject to applicable law.
You are responsible for reviewing your subscription details and managing or cancelling your subscription before the next renewal date if you do not wish the subscription to continue.
A successful renewal begins the next applicable subscription billing period.
4. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your VIP Membership to prevent future automatic renewal charges.
Where available, you may manage or cancel your subscription through your customer account or subscription management portal.

Please contact us sufficiently in advance of your next scheduled billing date so that we have reasonable time to assist with your request.
Cancellation normally prevents future automatic renewals.
Cancellation does not normally reverse a subscription payment that has already been successfully processed or automatically create a right to a refund for the current billing period, except where required by applicable law or expressly provided under our applicable policies.
5. When Cancellation Takes Effect and VIP Access Ends
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in the applicable subscription terms, cancellation generally prevents renewal for the next billing period.
Where continued access is provided under the applicable subscription arrangement, a subscriber who cancels may continue to access eligible VIP Content through the remainder of the applicable already-paid membership period.
At the end of that membership access period:
- The subscription will not automatically renew if cancellation has taken effect before the applicable renewal;
- No further recurring subscription charge will normally be made;
- Access to members-only tutorials and other restricted VIP Content may end; and
- The customer may need to purchase a new subscription to obtain future membership access, subject to eligibility and our applicable Terms.
Cancellation does not create a new billing period, extend the existing membership period, or provide additional access beyond the period otherwise applicable to the subscription.
Cancelling a subscription does not authorize a customer to retain, copy, record, redistribute, republish, sell, share, or otherwise use unauthorized copies of restricted VIP Content after membership access ends.
6. VIP Content and Personal-Use License
VIP Membership primarily provides access to digital educational content, including members-only wire crochet tutorial videos and related materials.
Access to VIP Content is provided to the subscribing customer for personal learning use only, unless Michelle ML expressly provides different written usage terms.
A subscription provides access to eligible VIP Content during the applicable membership access period. It does not transfer ownership of the VIP Content or any associated intellectual property rights.
Unless expressly authorized in writing by Michelle ML, subscribers must not:
- Record or screen-record restricted VIP tutorials;
- Copy, reproduce, download by unauthorized means, or capture restricted content;
- Redistribute, share, upload, publish, or republish VIP Content;
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute VIP Content;
- Share membership accounts, credentials, restricted links, or access with unauthorized persons;
- Remove, obscure, replace, or alter Michelle ML copyright notices, branding, watermarks, logos, or other source-identifying information for unauthorized use;
- Use AI, generative AI, video editing, image processing, voice replacement, cropping, filtering, re-editing, or other technological methods to disguise, reconstruct, transform, or create unauthorized versions derived from copied or recorded VIP Content for republication, redistribution, resale, or other unauthorized use; or
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent technological measures or access controls used to protect restricted VIP Content.
Editing, modifying, transforming, or processing an unauthorized copy—including through artificial intelligence or generative AI—does not grant permission from Michelle ML to reproduce, publish, redistribute, sell, or otherwise exploit the underlying protected content.

7. Digital Content and Refunds
Because VIP Membership provides access to digital educational content, including restricted tutorial videos and related materials, access may be provided shortly after a subscription begins or a successful subscription payment is completed.
Payments for a billing period that has already begun are therefore generally non-refundable once access to the applicable digital membership content has been provided or used, except where required by applicable law or where Michelle ML determines that a refund is appropriate due to an error or other exceptional circumstance.
Cancellation normally applies to future renewals rather than retroactively cancelling an already-paid membership period.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights available under applicable law.
8. Renewal Charges
Customers are responsible for cancelling their subscription before the applicable renewal if they do not wish to be charged for the next billing period.
If a renewal payment has already been successfully processed before cancellation takes effect, cancellation will normally apply to future renewals rather than retroactively cancelling the current billing period.

9. Failed or Unsuccessful Payments
If a recurring subscription payment cannot be successfully processed, the payment provider and/or subscription-management service may attempt to process the payment again.
The customer may be asked to update or replace the payment method associated with the subscription.
We may also contact the customer regarding a failed payment or provide instructions for updating payment information.
During an applicable payment-recovery period, subscription and membership access status may depend on the status assigned by our subscription-management and payment systems.
If payment cannot be successfully collected after applicable payment-recovery attempts, the subscription may be paused, suspended, cancelled, or otherwise restricted, and access to VIP Content may end in accordance with the resulting subscription status.
A failed payment does not create a right to an additional free membership period.
Restoration of membership access following a failed payment may require successful payment and/or reactivation of the subscription, as applicable.
Nothing in this section limits any rights available under applicable law.
10. Changes to Subscription Pricing
Michelle ML may change subscription pricing or membership offerings from time to time.
Any change affecting future subscription charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms presented to the subscriber.
Where required, customers will be notified before a new recurring price takes effect and will have the opportunity to cancel the subscription before being charged at the new price.
Promotional pricing, introductory offers, discounts, or other special offers may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, or conditions.
11. Changes to Membership Content
The selection of VIP tutorials, educational materials, features, and membership benefits may change over time as new content is added or existing content is updated.
We may modify, replace, reorganize, update, or discontinue individual pieces of membership content where reasonably necessary.
A VIP Membership does not guarantee that every individual tutorial or piece of content will remain available indefinitely.
Such changes do not affect any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
12. Suspension or Termination by Michelle ML
Michelle ML may restrict, suspend, or terminate a subscription or access to protected VIP Content where we reasonably determine, based on available evidence, that such action is necessary because of:
- Fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity;
- Material abuse of membership services;
- Unauthorized recording or screen recording of members-only content;
- Unauthorized copying, reproduction, redistribution, uploading, resale, or republication of VIP Content;
- Sharing, selling, transferring, or otherwise providing unauthorized persons with membership access or account credentials;
- Use of AI, generative AI, editing technologies, or other methods to disguise, transform, reconstruct, or republish unauthorized copies of Michelle ML protected content;
- Removal or alteration of copyright notices, branding, watermarks, or source-identifying information for unauthorized publication or distribution;
- Circumvention or attempted circumvention of access controls or other technological protection measures;
- Material violation of our Terms of Service; or
- Other unlawful or materially abusive use of the Website, membership, or Digital Content.
Where appropriate and required by applicable law, we may provide notice before suspension or termination.
Where immediate restriction is reasonably necessary to protect restricted content, accounts, security, or intellectual property, access may be restricted while the matter is reviewed, subject to applicable law.
Suspension or termination of membership access does not grant permission to retain, reproduce, redistribute, republish, sell, or otherwise exploit copies of protected VIP Content.
Any refund eligibility following suspension or termination will be determined according to the circumstances, our applicable policies, and applicable law.
Where appropriate, Michelle ML may also take reasonable steps to protect its intellectual property rights, including requesting removal of unauthorized copies from third-party platforms or services.
13. Rejoining After Cancellation
A customer whose subscription has ended may be able to purchase a new VIP Membership, subject to availability, eligibility, the subscription price and promotional terms available at that time, and our applicable store policies.
Previous promotional or introductory pricing is not guaranteed to apply to a new subscription.
A previous subscription does not guarantee future eligibility for promotional offers.
Nothing in this section requires Michelle ML to restore access to an account that has been restricted or terminated for a material violation of our Terms of Service, subject to applicable law.
14. Physical Product Order Cancellations
This Purchase Option Cancellation Policy is primarily intended for recurring purchase options and digital membership services.
Cancellation, return, or refund requests relating to physical products are governed by our applicable Refund and Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and other store policies.
Where an order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
15. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Purchase Option Cancellation Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or waived.
If applicable law gives you additional cancellation, withdrawal, refund, subscription, digital-content, or other consumer rights, those rights will continue to apply.
Where there is a conflict between this policy and a mandatory requirement of applicable consumer law, the mandatory legal requirement will apply.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Purchase Option Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our subscription services, billing practices, payment-recovery procedures, membership access arrangements, store operations, intellectual property protection measures, or applicable legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on our Website together with the applicable Last Updated date.
Where required by applicable law, material changes affecting existing customers or subscriptions will be communicated appropriately.
Changes will apply in accordance with applicable law and will not be applied retroactively where doing so would unlawfully remove or restrict existing customer rights.
