Your VIP Membership is an automatically renewing monthly digital subscription.

If you join during the promotional period, your first month is $0.99 USD.

After the introductory first month, your subscription automatically renews at the regular membership price of $19.90 USD/month unless cancelled before your next scheduled renewal.

Your VIP Membership provides access to eligible members-only tutorials during your applicable membership access period.

🔄 Renewal, Cancellation & Access

You may cancel your VIP Membership at any time to prevent future automatic renewals.

Where continued access is provided under your subscription arrangement, cancelling your subscription does not immediately remove access to an already-paid membership period. You may continue to access eligible VIP Content until the end of the applicable membership access period.

Cancellation does not extend your membership period or create an additional period of access.

Once your applicable membership access period ends, access to members-only VIP tutorials may also end.

Cancellation and refund requests are separate matters. Cancelling a subscription does not normally result in a refund for a billing period that has already begun or for digital content to which access has already been provided or used, except where required by applicable law.

All Michelle ML VIP tutorial videos and related instructional materials are original protected content and are provided exclusively for the personal learning use of the subscribing customer.

Purchasing a VIP Membership provides access to eligible tutorials during the applicable membership access period. It does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights in the tutorials or other Michelle ML content.

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Michelle ML, you must not:

• Record or screen-record VIP tutorial videos
• Copy, reproduce, or download protected content by unauthorized means
• Share your VIP account, login credentials, restricted links, or tutorial access with others
• Upload, redistribute, resell, publish, or republish VIP tutorial content
• Remove, obscure, replace, or alter Michelle ML branding, copyright notices, watermarks, logos, or other source-identifying information for unauthorized use
• Use AI, generative AI, video editing, image processing, voice replacement, cropping, filtering, re-editing, or other technological methods to alter, disguise, reconstruct, or create unauthorized versions derived from copied or recorded VIP Content for republication, redistribution, resale, or other unauthorized use
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent membership restrictions or technological access controls

AI modification or other alteration of unauthorized recorded or copied tutorial content does not grant permission from Michelle ML to republish, redistribute, sell, or otherwise exploit the underlying protected content.

⚠️ Protection of VIP Content

Where we reasonably determine, based on available evidence, that VIP Content has been materially misused in violation of our Terms of Service, Michelle ML may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to protected content or the relevant account, subject to applicable law.

Suspension or termination for a material violation does not automatically create a right to a refund. Any refund eligibility will be determined according to the circumstances, our applicable policies, and applicable law.
